St. Lucie Clerk of Court in Florida has enhanced their customer satisfaction survey process moving from paper surveys to a point of transaction kiosk customer satisfaction survey.
Prior to using the kisok method of collecting customer satisfaction feedback, they were getting less than 300 completed surveys each month. Since implementing the kiosk method, the number of completed satisfaction surveys has dramatically increased to over 2,000 per month.
