Sarasota County Development Services (FL) recently awarded a contract to Baldrige Group, LLC to implement a customer engagement program utilizing kiosks deployed at each work station to measure customer satisfaction real time.
With three locations serving the county, the senior leadership team collaborated with Baldrige Group to transition from a labor-intensive paper customer satisfaction survey cards, to a cost effective, easy to implement kiosk system.
With results, available 24/7 on a private web portal, senior leaders, with a simple click can view and analyze their overall customer satisfaction and engagement results, segmented by branch, specific services, or by individual clerk.
