Strategy Execution PRO Refund Policy

At Baldrige Group LLC and Strategy Execution PRO, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed. However, in case it does turn out that you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies.

When you sign up for Strategy Execution PRO, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active Strategy Execution PRO members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

In the early days of Strategy Execution PRO, we did often give refunds when a member was not fully satisfied. However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing Strategy Execution PRO, downloading the tools, watching the content, only to request a refund within days.

  • Because of the nature of the Product, we cannot provide refunds for Strategy Execution PRO.
  • No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however, you will retain access to Strategy Execution PRO until the end of your payment term.
Annual Membership Refund Policy

The Strategy Execution PRO refund policy applies to new signups as well as annual membership renewals. If a current members forgets to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in an email to david@baldrigegroup.com within 30 days of their renewal date.

Communicating Concerns Policy

We try to make it really clear exactly how Strategy Execution PRO works and what’s in it, so you won’t have any bad surprises and only really good ones when you sign up. We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a Strategy Execution PRO member that we can’t solve with a little communication.
