October 9, 2017 – Baldrige Group is excited to announce the City of Coral Gables, Parks and Recreation Department, has selected our firm to develop and implement an ongoing customer satisfaction and engagement program.
The initial survey conducted was a “key requirements” survey used to identify what was most important to customers by key program area. The surprising results enabled us to work with staff and create survey questions that are consistent with what is most important to program participants.
Customer satisfaction and engagement surveys are distributed at the end of each program and results are available 24/7 on a private web portal. Senior leaders and department head, with a simple click of a mouse, they can view and analyze their overall customer satisfaction and engagement results, including results segmented data by key demographic areas.
