Baldrige Group is excited to announce the City of Coral Gables (FL) has selected our firm to develop and implement a customer satisfaction kiosk program for its Building & Permitting Department.

The new system allows contractors and homeowners submitting a new permit, to provide the city with immediate feedback of staff’s performance using a touch screen kiosk.  Located on the counter where customer completes their transactions, customers are asked to complete a quick anonymous customer satisfaction survey.

Department leaders can continuously monitor its customer satisfaction results, gathering real-time data. With a simple click of a mouse, leaders can view and analyze their overall customer satisfaction and engagement results, viewing segmented data by key demographic information.
